Are your stones natural or synthetic?
All coloured stones in our jewellery are genuine, carefully selected for their beauty and vibrancy. Only our clear stones, such as cubic zirconia, are lab-created to provide an affordable yet dazzling alternative to natural diamonds.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, and clean it gently with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

How can I place an order?
You can shop online through our website. Simply add your favourite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed and shipped.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn jewellery in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full details on how to initiate a return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3–5 business days to process your refund or exchange.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We do check each piece very carefully before sending out to customers, however damage can occur in transit, which is outside of our control. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping and personalised messages for an additional fee at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, and countries within the European Union (EU). If your location is not listed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
