If your jewellery doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be:Unworn and in their original condition.
Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase.
Defective Items
If you believe your jewellery has a quality issue or manufacturing defect within 30 days, it will be assessed under both our Returns Policy and Warranty for resolution.

To initiate a return under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

- Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaged securely for shipping.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Upon inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange.
Exclusions
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces). For these items, please contact us to discuss your options.
- Items purchased through wholesale agreements or special promotions with specific terms.
A Note About Quality Concerns
If your jewellery develops a defect after 30 days, it is no longer covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee. However, rest assured that your purchase is still protected under our 12-month Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.
